Someone needs to change the name of the thread to "Heroin/OOP crisis"

That way people unaware of the contents can decide, "This sounds interes . . . nah, forget it."

Come on OOP, I know you can do it. Think about it. Why are we saying "stop trolling"?

Great. Now tell us what I was talking about. It's a fair question. No trolling involved. You responded to the post. That means you understood it, right?

Good lord, are you ever a piece of work.

Look, it doesn't matter if he knew what the other reference was about, JC was responding to the part of the post where you chastized Dick for the level of behavior he supposedly "descended into" on this thread. There is no SJ member with less standing to be criticizing others on those grounds than you, as the preceding pages well illustrate.

I am a piece of work. I'm relentless when I'm right. JC is a pile-jumper with a permanent mad-on for me. It's sad. And it led him to jump into a discussion he didn't understand, just like you're doing now.

I was doing what Dickie claims to do. I was holding up a mirror on his actions, pointing out that he had briefly sunk to the level of someone he disagrees with and commending him for correcting his error.

It absolutely does matter if a poster is so determined to attack someone else at every opportunity that he doesn't even bother to understand the current discussion.

You are doing a wonderful job of proving my point, JC. Thank you for that.

It was never about your discussion you twat. It was literally about your lack of self awareness. For you to chastise anybody for stooping to someone else's level is a complete lack of self awareness, you show this daily here. You think anybody on here cares about you commending them?

Maybe you should give these opiates a try.

If I had a dollar for every thread I've read over the years that has devolved into this, I'd change my mind about retirement [/crossthread]. I'd do it now. It is SO SO SO TIRESOME. Copy, paste, repeat, thread derailed.

I come to see what people think and, well, there's one common denominator in all this.

Don't engage folks. Trust me. It is better that way.
