I hope the mod ain't in charge of his paper's editorial board. His bias bleeds.

Well, isn't that the one page you're supposed to show bias?

    He's not.
But editorial pages do tend to be biased.

You fired back pretty damned quick, so there shouldn't be any questioning your bias.

Who is questioning my bias? I'm a democrat. Never claimed to be anything else.
I listen to Bush talk and shudder when I think I live in a country where a majority of those who voted thought he was really the best choice to lead this country.
As a friend said, "I want my president to be smarter than I am."

Compared to Kerry, there was no question he was better.

If you want to blame, start with your own party of idiots.

There was plenty of question - and he's done a damn fine job, hasn't he? Economy blows and we're in a war we have no business being in. Yep, he was clearly the right choice.

You wanted something different? Should have put something other than Kerry in against him. Clearly one of the biggest liberals in the Senate and you narrowly lost. That says more about YOUR choice to begin with than Bush.

    My choice?
Hey fuckstick, this is why I hate politics on a sports board. Dipshit republicans like you who can't defend their boy for shit. Best they got is well, he was better than your boy.
I didn't pick either one of those fuckers. But I ran by some roadkill today who could not have been worse than what's in there now. Tell me one good thing YOUR boy has done since he's been in office.
    Better yet, don't.

My boy beat your boy. Quit crying and plan for 2008. Hint: If you plan for Hillary, you'll be crying about my boy again.

Your boy can't run and I'm about to lock this because I HATE politcal discussions on a sports message board. Yes, your boy did beat my boy. I said that earlier, that it amazes me that I live in a country where more voters thought he was the better choice. Doesn't speak well to our collective intelligence because YOUR boy has been a complete disaster. Still waiting for you to name the ONE thing YOUR boy has done instead of just saying "na na, we won."

I haven't seen Moddy this hostile on a thread in a looooong time.

And the best man/team doesn't always win. See the Cardinals in the Series this year.
