Star Trek:TGN was good for a few of those. I obviously hadn't heard of Judd at the time, but I remember her making quite an impression at the time. Robin could've shared her laws with me any time.

Famke Janssen made an appearance in 1992 as Kamala the metamorph, one of her first acting appearances, a one-episode love interest for future X-Men co-star Patrick Stewart.

Terri Hatcher also played a transporter operator who ended up getting busy with a pirate-type visitor to the ship in one episode.

First time I ever saw her was on an episode of Night Court, where she played a young woman who had the hots for Dan Fielding. Unfortunately, she was the DA's niece and he'd have gotten fired if he fooled around with her.

Boy, was she smokin' in those days, big 80s hair or not.

And, of course, the Gold Standard:

Hillary Swank as the single mom/Steve's love interest on 90210.

For me, Fishburne's definitive role was as Cowboy Curtis on Pee Wee's Playhouse.

Jimmy Smits was in Pee Wee's Playhouse, too.

Anyone mention Cuba Gooding, Jr. as the dude getting a haircut in Coming To America?

Kind of the reverse of the thread topic I suppose, but Matthew "Stymie" Beard of Little Rascals fame got work late in life as one of James' Evans buddies on "Good Times."

I remember that episode when it first aired!!!! Kitty was her character's name, and her DA uncle was the little guy who later rode a tricycle in the "happy place" fantasy sequences in "Happy Gilmore."

Wondering if that was before or his stint as Priscilla Presley's daughter's boyfriend on "Dallas."

EDIT: According to the almighty IMDB, he was on "Dallas" first, as well as "Head of the Class," "21 Jump Street" and "Another World."

Up, working late on a few articles, and have the TV on. They just did their "Happy BIrthday to" schtick and it was Hatcher. She's 45 today.
