Brown also just showed up in this past week's CSI episode as "Slick" from the BBQ restaurant.

This is another one that is well-known, but it really surprised me when I first noticed it -- Janet Jackson as Willis's girlfriend on Diff'rent Strokes.

Tonight's episode of "Cold Case" ... the murder was Damone from "Fast Times at Ridgemont High".

Whenever people say, "That Damone, he's a murderer" - and they say that a lot - I always say, "Hey! You just don't know Damone!"

    He's not a murderer -- he's a little prick.

One of my all-time fave "holy craps": Ted Levine from "Monk."

That's a great one. If the voice weren't so unmistakable, you could never believe it.

Ran into another one last night, from a crappy little film. Overnite here in Cincy, there was a skateboarding movie on called "Airborne." Looked to be from the early 90's.

Anyway, I laughed because Seth Green was one of the leads. Then, looking at the group of kids who were the baddies, I realized one was a very young Jack Black. Wow.

The minutes lady on the AT&T commercials just had a bit part on a recent L&O.

Ted Danson was also in Saving Private Ryan. He shoots first in the standoff scene with the German soldiers.

The lawyer at the end of Gran Torino was a guy who I grew up with. He was 10 years older than me, our paper boy and we hung out at the same house down the street with a guy who collected antique cars -- like from the '00s, '10s and 20s.
I heard the voice and yelled "I know that voice!" When I saw his name in the credits, I yelled "Son of a bitch!"
Mercifully, it was at home with friends and not at the theater

Actually, he was an officer in one of the first towns they come to. He points them toward the airborne unit with the wrong Private Ryan.

And they're involved in a shootout with some German troops who are exposed when a wall to a building caves in as they're sitting around a table.
