The kid who says "I'm Gonna Rock!" is none other than Jeremy Sisto of Law and Order.

 

I'll be damned. He also played Kevin Kline's son on Grand Canyon.

This is probably common knowledge... but Dennis Hopper was in True Grit. Didn't recognize him unti halfway through the scene.

 

Was watching a rerun of the Mary Tyler Moore show (if you've ever been in a small newsroom -- as my wife and I did -- you've lived on that set), and saw a young Craig T. Nelson as a used-car mechanic ... and a teenaged MacKenzie Phillips before she revealed all of the crazy stuff going on with her dad.

A few years ago, watching *old* reruns of The Cosby Show (second or third season), and saw Theo hanging out in the locker room with a pimple-faced (and overacting) Adam Sandler, with a horribly-forced squeaky accent.

I'm sure Bill Cosby sees ads for Adam Sandler movies and wonders What the hell?

 

And you don't see her often, but Murray's daughter was played by Helen Hunt.

 

Helen Hunt was no match for Bess. Bess was my first pretend girlfriend.

For fans of "The Holiday," I stumbled across a new one last night. Watching the credits and a name was familiar, credited as half of "kissing couple." First, I didn't remember a nondescript kissing couple - but it's a film clip that Jack Black is composing music to in the opening. And the guy is none other than Alex O'Loughlin, star of "Moonlight," "Three Rivers" and soon the remake of "Hawaii 5-0."
