Bewildered by the dozens of used pregnancy tests in the drawer. She peed on every one of those. Next on Homeland: the Board of Health arrives to take Carrie away, wearing beecatcher suits to battle through the swarms of flies.

Also, Boardwalk Empire already a broken-bottle-to-the-neck murder this season.

You don't put an a name actor like F Murray on the cast to be a decoy?

She repeatedly throws out and flushes her meds, for which she might have some use, but keeps the used pregnancy-test sticks on hand. Go figure. Must think someone's going through her garbage.

Yeah, that was tough to watch... It was like when the stripper was killed on The Sopranos.

This may sound strange, but I sometimes find it refreshing when I watch something and feel the need to look away during a particularly violent part. You worry about getting numb to that stuff, so when I feel like I have to look away, as I did with the bottle incident, it makes me happy that I'm not numb to all television or movie violence.

I agree. There has been a lot of suspense in this show but the violence is mostly non-graphic. This was a jolt.

In the Sopranos, the beating to death of Tracee and the time that Tony beat up the guy from NY who had threatened Meadow were really tough to watch.

Best episode of the season last night (IMHO). Nice to see that Det. Meldrick Lewis has relocated to Bethesda from Baltimore.

The last couple episodes have been a nice reminder of how good the show can be.

Glad to see Saul happy, if only for a little while.
