    'Always bring donuts' is a great credo. TSA; nurses station at the hospital; your local mechanic; the precinct house; the fire station. Bring a dozen donuts.

    And here's a pro-tip on bars for the homeless: Chewy. Not crunchy. Lots of homeless folks have bad teeth.
