I think you're trolling. Gordon would have been out by 30 feet.

I'd like to have been in the Seahawks locker room after the game.

    Probably some hollerin' going on.

Ironically, the Cardinals two-yard slant a few years ago to James Harrison might be in the conversation, but the Cards did not have Beast and they were going to a WR who was much better than the fringe NFL player Wilson was throwing to.

I don't buy Carrol's statement that butler made an amazing play on that INT. Butler made a very good play, but it was there because Wilson forced that throw, threw in traffic. It wasn't a good play and it wasnt a good throw. Wilson gets some of the blame too

They were lucky as fuck to get by Green Bay.

They were lucky as fuck to be inside the five in the first place.

And they pissed it all away.

Look, if you're McDonald's you make hamburgers, not salad. That's who you are.

If you're Starbucks, you make coffee, not chicken nuggets. That's who you are.

And if you're the Seahawks, with one yard to go, a timeout and the game on the line, you give it to Lynch.

The worst thing is ... that's not even a play they've run at the goal line ALL YEAR. If you're hell-bent on passing there, line up in a power or read-option formation, fake the run and try to loft it to the tight end or into the corner.

Pete won't live that one down the rest of his career.

See (and this may be the booze talking) but I agree with the playcall. Throw on second down to see if you can catch the Pats off guard, then run on third. It's not Carroll's fault that Wilson forced it. (again, might be the booze talking. Bar I went to gave out door prizes based on how many drinks you bought, so, you know)

Worst call i've ever seen. Real curious who made that call. Whoever it is should be working at Foot Locker this time tomorrow.
