I'm my own boss dammit. But some people here tell me what to do, that being the SE and the ME mainly.

 

Publisher and editor (there's a third who acts like he/she's my boss, but no).

 

One. Me.
Sure, I have to do the work my editor assigns, but ultimately I decide if I want to do it. There's always other jobs out there, and I don't take shit from anyone.

 

At the moment, three.
