How much did you pay for gas today?

I paid $3.59 yesterday. I only put 10 bucks worth in, cause I was at the cheap, cash-only station and it didn't even put me over a fourth of a tank.

I'm sure when I fill up for real tomorrow, I'll put over $50 in my little 13-gallon tank . . . ugh.

 

Went up to $3.59 yesterday, a 10-cent jump. I could only shake my head and laugh. Fuck, I'm going to buy a bike with my "stimulus" check.

 

$1.22 a litre or $4.61 a gallon.

Predictions are $1.40 a litre by summer = $5.30 a gallon.

Jumped to $3.79 in the middle of Illinois yesterday.

Paid $3.69 at a Hess in SE PA.

That beats my personal record of $3.61 that I paid in Indianapolis last Memorial Day weekend.

Looks like I'll be setting personal records for a while.

 

When gasoline futures were dropping last week, prices here remained at $3.45. Didn't drop anywhere.

When futures went up Monday and Tuesday, the price here yesterday jumped to $3.55.

 

$3.83. First time I've ever put more than $50 in my little car
