    Drive past these two stations every day on my way into work. Usually have the same price, but the cool thing is, every time I drive by these days it's lower.
    On the way in, it's lower than the day before. On the way out, it's lower than the way in.
    Think it's around $3.61 last I saw.

    Was 4.17 at the station near my house when I left for vacation last Friday. Is now 3.85, a 32-cent drop in a week. Me likey.

    Also saw it as low as 3.69 on the drive home today.

    Saw 3.98 when it had been 4.35. I hope this actually keeps up.

    Thankfully, it went to $3.69 at Wal-Mart today, right before I had to leave town to go cover Little League. I jumped all over that one. It's the cheapest it's been since I moved to Kentucky at the beginning of June.

    The average price for a gallon of regular unleaded dropped below $4 per gallon in my area, according to AAA.

    I saw that grade of gas at $3.779 per gallon Saturday at the place where I paid $3.839 on Tuesday.

    I took a long, roundabout trip this weekend...

    Nevada, Mo., where I filled up....$3.67
    Fort Scott, Kansas...$3.79
    Iola, Kansas...$3.89
    Wichita...$3.65
    Kansas Turnpike....$3.69 (which surprised me)
    KCMO....$3.87 (Suprising to find it about the same price on both sides of the line)
