I filled up at $3.44 tomorrow. Gustav panic won't come for another day or so.

Passed by the cheap Exxon station yesterday and it was $3.31. Went by the same place today and it was $3.46. Surprised they didn't have a "Welcome Gustav!" sign done up on the magnetic letterboard. Place up the street was $3.36, and I filled up two gas cans and topped off the car's tank there.

It didn't take long for the Gustav panic to arrive. Convenience store down the street jacked up their price 10 cents when closing. That means everybody follows tomorrow.

Fuck these gouging assholes and so much for the tenet that speculators drive prices up based on future supply. Never have they so brazenly acted like they have us by the balls.
