How much did you pay for gas today?

$3.49. Down nine cents from earlier this week.

 

Yesterday it was $3.69 everywhere. Pulled into a station on the freeway after my game and it was $3.49. A 20-cent drop overnight.

But wait! On the other side of the freeway was a big sign that said $3.39! A 30-cent drop, because yesterday it was the same price as the first station.

So by waiting a day, I saved $7.50 on a tank.

 

It's $4.10 for regular (I use premium) down the street. I can make it a couple of more days on the tank I have, so I'm hoping for a dip in the price.

 

It's $3.73 at one station. Across the street it's $3.81!

 

I saw $3.59 last night...three blocks down it was $3.89.

 

I would love to pay $3.89 right now.

 

3.55 at some places here, 3.89 at others.

 

Shit. In that case I'll be there in a couple of hours.

 

Just paid $3.45. Down four cents from Friday.

$3.39 in NE Mississippi this morning.

I was headed to NW Alabama, where it's often cheaper, and about the best I see around here is $3.83.

I'll probably nurse the tank back to T-town.
