Still $3.29 at most places in town around here. Probably cheaper at the truck stops out by the interstate, but I rarely get out that way.

 

If I ever fill up for $1.85, I'm going to drive across the country to celebrate.

Good news: Gas cracked 2.99 in this town.
Bad news: The station is next door to where the local big city cops killed a guy yesterday for stabbing his son with a bbq fork, which turned out to be in defense of his wife and other son.

 

Jesus. Good times. The cheapest station I know of is in the far end of the city where, some time ago, I saw this guy and girl arguing with one another and I nearly got into a fender bender because I thought the guy was going to crack the girl's face.

But I think the bottom is near — oil is starting to inch back up now that the jitters are out of the market.

 

Last night, saw $2.99 at the Sheetz in Robinson, PA. That's down 25 cents since Friday.
