Gas war! Holding at $2.14 here.

I predict the high prices won't hold considering they can't store the stuff. Is it kan be schadenfreude tyme again with the specalators?

$2.29 here. But I haven't left the house in a day, so it could very well be $2.39 by now.

$2.53 on my way into work today.

    Yes, it's creeping back up.

Creeping would be a few cents here, a few cents there. It's going up by leaps and bounds.

$2.32-2.35 here, which is up from $2.02-2.05 this time last week, which was up some .20 cents from the previous week.

I always assumed the price drop was temporary and would go back up, so it's really not a surprise.

If they know people still bought gas at $3 and $4/gallon, why wouldn't it go back up? Remember we still pay significantly less than the rest of the world and our cars -- despite recent changes -- are probably the worst in terms of MPG. Something has to change.

Pump up your bike tires and re-up on that bus pass.

It's up to $2.35 here, about a $.40 hike in three weeks.

I just paid $2.69 yesterday. Granted, that was at an outpost station, where gas is more expensive. Still, it's hard to find it below $2.50 anywhere in SoCal.

WFW here in Illinois, right down to the prices.

Just across the river in Mo., the prices are 10 cents cheaper. Lower taxes, I assume.

2.45 here. Seems like it was 1.99 like a month ago.
