How much did you pay for gas today?

Jesus. We're still at $2.69-$2.72 here in RI.

 

$2.39.

 

Yesterday in central Jersey I paid 2.559

 

$3.19 in Fairbanks, Alaska

 

Paid 2.42 just outside Fort Knox.

 

2.73 in Vegas

 

Paid $2.27 at a new Shell station that just opened yesterday. Last week when I filled up my car, I paid $2.39.

 

In a welcome post-Labor Day nosedive, it was $2.15 at the place I bought gas at today after being in the $2.30s for the last month or so.

 

$2.25 the last 3 days; heard anecdotal evidence of $2.18 somewhere along I-30.

 

After going down to 2.30-2.35, it jumped to 2.45 for no apparent reason. I hate gas stations that follow this policy.

And, to make matters worse, another town in the city has much lower prices -- it has remained below 2.40 even after the holiday weekend.

 

Down to $2.15 here in South Carolina.. pretty nice.

 

$2.38 lowest in years for me.
