How much did you pay for gas today?

Hovering around $3.14-3.22.

 

$2.03 today with the fuel saver points from the grocery store. Would have been $3.12 otherwise here.

 

Dropped from 3.09 to 2.97 by me.

 

It's in the high 2.80s here now. Of course....I was "smart" and filled up when it dropped from 3.20 to 3.08 a few days ago.

 

Shit, I was in Indiana yesterday -- the state line went through the gas station parking lot -- and I felt like I was stealing gas at $3.089.

 

On my way in to work I saw it at $2.97.

 

Up $.06 a gallon here in the last week. Oh is there a holiday season coming up, when people do a lot of driving? Or are they switching over to that costly winter blend? Better make hay before Iranian oil comes back on the open market.

 

Dropped 10 cents a gallon yesterday and another penny today to get to $3.189 here in DuPage County in Illinois.

...dropped another three cents last night to $3.159.

 

It's back up around $3.29-3.40 in these parts. It was down to 3.05 last week.

 

Dropped to $2.97 on Wednesday and then was up to $3.07 by Friday again.

 

I've seen it this week as low as $2.85 and as high as $3.19. The toniness of the zip code has a lot to do with it. Guess where I tanked up.
