Scanning my timeline there's a gas station in Oklahoma where it's 1.99 today.

Still $2.89 in Microville. Typical West Coast price-gouging.

Dropped from 2.65 to 2.49 today.

Drove past a Circle K this morning where it was $2.36, down a penny from yesterday.

Refined wholesale gas is cratering even faster, to $1.81 per gallon today. Most C-stores sell gas at cost, so in Texas it'll be at $2.19 shortly (factoring in 38 cents federal and state tax).

2.75 in Savage, MD today. Seems higher than before turkey day, but I'm not sure.

MD has high state fuel taxes. But at least I don't buy gas in DC - that town rips everyone off at the pump.

$2.79 in Iderho. Wish it would go as cheap as other prices I'm seeing, but this is better than $3.79.

Saw $2.41 today and one of those gad buddy e-mails popped up in that in some parts of my state it had dropped to $2.20.

In Pierre, S.D. I've seen as low as 2.59 and as high as 2.90 for 10% ethanol unleaded.

Hit NJ yesterday and filled up at $2.57. Actually attendant filled up for me as it's
illegal to pump your own gas in NJ.

In CT still in the mid 3's due to high state gas tax. Literally a $20 difference on
fill ups and you have to pump your own gas.

What? Is that supposed to be some safety thing, or protecting the attendants' jobs or something? Is it still 1975 there?

BTW, saw $2.32 this morning here on the grandest prairie of them all.
