2.05 only because I didn't want to go 15-20 minutes out of the way (each way, meaning a 30-40 minute sidetrip) to pay $1.99. So I paid 60 cents extra for my 10-gallon fillup. Big deal.

$2.16, which is damned cheap for this part of the country.

I have to drive, in March, from North Mississippi to Tuscon (in a truck that gets about 19 mpg on the highway)

    How bad's that gonna hurt?

Criminy, where do you people live?

Even the cheap shit, which I can't use with my car, is in the $2.20s

Fell to 1.99 by my house a few days ago but was back up to 2.04 today.

I actually live in a state where taxes account for something like 51 cents per gallon.

And old_tony, two blocks down from the $1.98 Kwik Trip, the Mobil was charging $2.09.

    Go figure.

I actually drove past a few places that had it for 1.98 and 1.99, but I'm thinking it's probably going to go up a little now that it's gotten down so low. What did oil prices do today?

I saw my first round of 1.99s yesterday, though there's places in the southern part of the area as low as 1.89. But even if I filled up at 20 gallons for a two-dollar savings, I'd spend more than that getting there and back.
