How much did you pay for gas today?

It was $2.04 next door to the newsroom, which is usually the cheapest in town. Good thing I asked around the newsroom before I took my break -- down the road, someone had it for $1.95. I filled up for less than $16.

How much does a tanker truck hold? I may crunch the numbers and buy one. I figure if I sit on it for six months, I'll be the world's newest millionaire. Plus, I could tie some of my glass bottles to the trailer and haul them to Michigan.

 

Unfortunately, gasoline has a relatively short shelf life.

This on the heels of a $3 jump in the price of a bbl. of oil.
