How much did you pay for gas today?

$2.69 in Northeast Mississippi.

 

$3.39 (cash price), $3.49 (credit price). Pick your poison!

 

$3.11 in my corner of rain-soaked paradise. Price has gone up 80 cents in six weeks. And that's at the cheap place down the street from my house.

Boots, I'd take public transit if it ran to my part of town after 10:30 p.m. Alas, working the desk does not lend itself to such things.

 

Jumped a dime overnight.
Lowest was 2.65 when I filled yesterday; same station -- generally the cheapest in Hooterville -- ws 2.75 today and saw 2.89 in several spots...

Did I miss somethingwith this price jump?

 

It was 2.79 last week, 2.99 Monday. I have to buy gas Friday too. I am not pleased.

 

Filled up for $2.73 today.

 

I felt lucky. I had half a tank last night and noticed my regular station was $2.65.... the station next to it had jumped from $2.62 to $2.79 overnight.
I filled up, got my receipt, and as I pulled away, I noticed the sign had gone up to $2.75.
I've never had that happen before, but I felt pretty pleased with myself.

 

$3.09 for premium in Atlanta.

 

$2.79 a gallon two towns over ... eight cents cheaper than down the street.

 

$3.29. Almost filled up the day before when it was 3.19, but though, "nah, I'll do it tomorrow." Oops.

 

$2.63 for regular unleaded.

 

$2.99 for regular at the cheapest station I could find.
