Julian Glover. He was also General Veers in The Empire Strikes Back:

General Veers. Arguably the only Imperial officer in the original trilogy who was not incompetent.

Surfing last night and stop on one of those detective dramas ("Criminal Minds") and the psycho killer is being interviewed. Didn't pay much attention to the face at first because the hair was so outrageous. Then I pay attention to the close-up of the killer's face and it's ... Costanza.

Julian Glover has had some gruesome on-screen deaths. Quartermass and the Pit (melted), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (chose poorly) jump to mind. Got knifed in For Your Eyes Only too.

    My favorite Imperial general ...

Adm. Piett (right) almost made it to the end of the original triology. I was pissed when he got killed.

How cool would it be to hang out in the Imperial officer's club and brag that you were the one spared by Darth Vader? Might have even got some ass out of it.

I love that scene from Empire Strikes Back. When Vader walks away disgusted, you can just imagine him yelling, "FUCK! FUCK! FUCK!" inside his helmet.

By the way, I Googled up Piett and came across his "Wookiepedia" entry. Christ almighty. NERDS!

Also speaking of Game of Thrones, Margaery Tyrell plays a nurse who gets banged by James Hunt in "Rush," complete with boob shot.

Empire of the Sun was on last night and I was prepared for the 12-year old Christian Bale in the staring role but did not realize Joe Pantoliano and Ben Stiller played American POWs in the camp.

Yes, Natalie Dormer, and that was a nice scene. I haven't seen any of "Game of Thrones," but when I saw the nurse at the beginning of "Rush," it drove me crazy because I knew I'd seen her before, but couldn't remember where. A quick peek to IMDB jogged my memory -- she was the military secretary who had a quick makeout session with Steve Rogers before Agent Carter walked in on them.
