I hate NYcentric media

    And I wish they would realize just how important Donovan McNabb and Terrell Owens are. I never, ever see anything about either player on there.

    I'm guessing the reason it's harder to fix in NYC is all the utilities are underground. A storm won't touch them, but if there's a big problem, it'll be hell to fix with all the buildings, pavement, water and sewer mains, and everything else.

    Down here deep in the hearta', if a big wind comes up, just stick in another pole. Down here, 30% of them are leaning over anyways.

    Not to nitpick, but isn't the reason they put the utilities underground to avoid situations like this?
