    I am sorry to hear that, CD. I can't imagine the fear you are feeling. ... I could see the uncertainty of the active surveillance turning into a type of torture if you allow it to take over your mind. Hopefully, you'll be able to stay in the moment, which for me at least has always been the way to go -- it works in good times and bad, for me at least, but it can be a struggle.

    I try to do one act of kindness for someone I come across every day. Sometimes I don't have the opportunity or I forget. Today I'll do two because of your reminder. :)
