I was lucky enough to have spent the first 18 years of my life in the Classic City (along with three more at the ABH). An amazing place to grow up, especially when you're 8 and Herschel Walker is a freshman at Georgia.

I just finished work for the night. Nothing like doing all your follow work the night of the game because you have a long drive back home on Sunday. If I had a beer I'd crack it open, but the Hampton Inn doesn't have mini-bars.

Thanks. A generous SID guy gave me one in the press box tonight after I finished writing, but that was hours ago.

I suspect I will enjoy several well-earned Newcastles tomorrow night.
