Kaepernick continues to wear Beats headphones to postgame pressers and he doesn't get fined. Cam Newton always wears his clothing line to pressers and doesn't get fined. It's hypocrisy.

I agree that both statements can be true....

1. Reporters don't need Lynch to talk to do their jobs.

2. Lynch is being an immature douche by not talking in the manner he is. If he simply showed up and said "Hey sorry guys but I am not answering questions today," and left, I'd have zero problem with that.
