I think the 2 seed for pizza toppings has to be bacon, right?

I agree that hysterics aren't going to change anyone's mind.

I disagree that certain people are capable of changing their minds.

I certainly don't blame the reporter. The owners' views presumably wouldn't have changed depending on the number and fervor of viewers who saw the report.

If they didn't want to be part of the shitshow, a simple "no comment" would've sufficed.

And you can't have it both ways. You can't vilify the reporter for "trolling small towns looking for rubes" yet say millions of people nationwide share the exact same view.

No. 1 is Italian sausage. I'm fine with bacon as a 2. I do not like pepperoni's profile. One of the more overrated toppings. Usually gets a higher seed than it deserves.

I think it's very likely you made up the part about the judge threatening contempt and jail time for tardiness in a case about a housing dispute, yes.

I'm not quite ready to say you're making up the whole thing, but it wouldn't surprise me.

What about bacon-wrapped pepperoni, or bacon-filled pepperoni? Pepperoni filled with bacon and cheese?

Italian sausage is legit. Add some green peppers and onion, and you have yourself a mighty fine pizza.

Pepperoni sits a little more flush with the cheese, making it superior to the sausage.

Go pound sand up your ass ... I didn't make up a goddamn thing. I don't know federal trial procedures, so the judge may have been talking out of his ass. But he definitely and clearly threatened the guy with contempt if the guy was late one more time.

Part of the problem I have with this is that they went looking for rubes.

This is a South Bend station. They went to a small town, 20 miles out of South Bend looking for rubes.

She asked a fucking pizza place if they would cater a gay wedding. That's ridiculous on its face.

And, sure they could have/should have said "no comment". But, they're rubes. They've never ever met a reporter, let alone talked to one. And, the conversation probably started out casually. They had no idea they were about to make world wide news.

She could have talked to caterers, florists, bakers, and photographers around South Bend. But, she would have likely found that the vast majority of them would have no problem serving a gay wedding. And, she would have had no story, though she would have accurately taken the temperature of the business community in town.

Instead, she trolled for news in the worst kind of way.

Too much grease ruins a pizza. Pepperoni on pizza is a greasefest. On a related note, there is only one right way to cut a pizza -- into squares.

Wait, I'm confused. I thought the entire state of Indiana was made up of uneducated bigots. It's not?
