You have no idea, but I always thought the rancor was cute-ugly, if that helps.

Have not heard the twinkie one. Regional? It's been Banana in Texas, Florida, the Nutmeg State, NYC and Boston.

I always heard it as Twinkie in Ohio and Indiana.

My facebook photo probably could be classified as cute-ugly :)

This is becoming more common but is a waste of what little space remains in newspapers.

No one gives a fuck what Zippy39xTS said on the "comments" section of the online story. To make his and other people's rampant stupidity more prevalent believing it will connect with readers is helping drive the industry into the sewer.

The local rag has fallen hard for this bad habit lately. And they always burn up a sentence to let us print-reading geezers know that "The names listed are the Internet 'handles' used by the writers." Otherwise, I might not be able to tell that ezgoingguy or autigersx311 were not actual names.

  12. Again, all in good fun. :)

I'm sort of fascinated by the white-asian connection -- specifically that white man/Asian woman triples (and in some places quadruples) the rate of white woman/Asian man. I have good friends on both sides of the equation, but of course it's not like any of them decided one day they were going to marry a person of a specific race (at least not before meeting the person they eventually married).
