Respectfully, Briles' and Kelly's offenses are not as similar as you think.

EDIT: Not in the NFL, anyway.

Kelly ain't hitching his wagon to that gimpy-kneed star.

I have no idea if Kelly wants anything to do with RG3, but the Eagles seem to be the name that comes up the most often when they speculate which team might give him a shot if the Skins cut or trade him.

A lot of it might come down to coachability. Sanchez appears to have made the most of his time with Kelly, and there was the sense that he knew that back in training camp when there was the rumor he might be traded to the Rams. He didn't know he'd get to start this year, but he knew he'd be a better QB after spending some time with Kelly.

I'm guessing if he brought RG3 in, it would be as a backup, like Sanchez.

I can't imagine any team bringing RG3 is as a starter for next season.

Has anyone turned it around and considered that Jay Gruden did a shit job with Griffin?

I get the desire to ask the question, just to make sure the dogpile is in fact fair to the player, but Chris Cooley's film break down showed he doesn't even understand basic concepts. Gruden is designing plays that are getting three and four guys open and Griffin isn't even throwing anyone the ball.

It just doesn't compute that Gruden could make Andy Dalton a viable starter, but then regress with Griffin. At least Andy Dalton knows how to take the right number of steps on a play that asks for a five-step drop.

If he was good at politics, he wouldn't have his teammates griping about him to the media.

the same people that thought the Shanahans sabotaged his career for spite, or personal reasons or racism.

The proper pluralization of Shanahans is The Shanahaii. Thanks.

The Jets? They'll need a quarterback.
