Pat Robertson does have a cult. It is just more accepted. Also, check Pat's financial record in regards to that which goes to Africa and you'll see the whole "Pat Robertson doesn't start wars" thing isn't completely true.

Look, I'm just not buying the jealousy angle you are pushing. They might be angry about living in poverty while we are perceived to have vast wealth but it has nothing to do with science and technology.

It is all about education. If you keep the populace poor and stupid they will follow. Nobody thinks about how the Muslims were dealing with mathematics. All they think about, and all most poor groups think about, is the mess they are in and what got them there.

Ok, maybe jealousy was the wrong word to use. It's how the world's economy is being led by the capitalist West. And no, it's not just the media and "jealousy". There are many reasons. Another example is the Crusades. Muslims controlled Jerusalem for nearly 500 hundred years. And it wasn't like Muslims kept the Christians and the Jews out. Both coexisted under Islamic rule and it was a thriving city. Until of course 1099 when Christians took it over. Another example is how the US has an alliance with Israel. When Israel was founded in 1947, it left many Palestinians poor and homeless. There is also the fact that the US built F-16 jets to use against the Palestinians.
