Hispanics are classified as white. Same as Arabs.

Cops can press charges, and the court issue warrants, for suspects not yet arrested.

Do cops press charges without reading Miranda rights or is that done when warrant is issued?

I would assume Miranda accompanies arrest.

But don't forget cops can arrest you and hold you - briefly - for charges that are never formalized by the court. In which case they have to cut you loose.

You seem determined not to answer any questions today.

Hispanics can be of any race, not just white.

Just the same, you seem determine not to accept FBI crime data stats that would be overwhelming even if they are 10 % off which would be a lot.

Because you can't tell me what they specify.

It's not what I specify, it's what the data specify's - the data provided in the Roots article which you posted.

    It specifies "arrests."

Ok so what percentage of the data is wrong?

What percentage of the arrests ends up in convictions?

Are there a lot of "white on white" crimes going unsolved that I don't know about?

Since most crimes are committed against people known to the perpetrator -- including close family members and "friends" -- is stands to reason that whites would be victimized by whites the most, and the same thing with African-Americans.

Isn't that why these inter-racial crimes often get so much attention? Because they aren't the norm?

And, while you are making a contrast between "arrests" and actual murders or crime, even if you factor in some kind of curve to make up for the difference in how crime is treated, how much do you think it would move the numbers?

It might be hard to determine the actual curve, but it can't really be that big, can it?

You should probably read the article I posted that started all this.
