    For the life of me I don't understand why "Stand Your Ground" doesn't apply to the dead victim in this case, not the shooter.

    I am referring to the simple fact that Martin never needed to die.

    Whether there is enough to reach guilty beyond a reasonable doubt is something altogether different.

    People need to stop saying this. If someone is repeatedly slamming your head against a concrete sidewalk, which is what Zimmerman claims Martin was doing, yes, there is a good chance you will die.

    But as we know, there is only one outcome that will be acceptable to certain parties. Due process will not enter into their thinking.

    Seems like MSNBC and Fox are choosing sides. It's not only will everyone be famous for 15 minutes, they'll have their own cable news show, too.

    I don't understand what this means. The law applies to the shooter, if he is defending himself from an aggressor, which is what will need to be determined in court.
