Except, of course, it's not a strawman.

It still doesn't change the fact that one guy had a gun and the other had a bag of Skittles and a can of iced tea. The guy who was armed weighed 100 pounds more than the guy who wasn't. Unless Martin was a world-class martial artist, there's no way he could have killed Zimmerman and no reason for Zimmerman to think he could have been killed if he didn't shoot Martin.

Again, since I've already stated numerous times that Zimmerman should be arrested and tried, and you argue that everything I say is wrong because you don't like me, how does that make me wrong but everyone else who says the same thing right?

You saying he should be arrested and tried is not the issue. Bravo to you for that, I suppose, although it's the least controversial stance anyone can take in this case.

I think anyone who is propping up this late-arriving witness account is in the wrong. Anyone who calls it a "game-changer" is especially wrong.

And anyone who starts threads comparing poor people to animals is racist.

LTL, I don't think that's fair. Tony may be trying to twist already known information (there was an altercation) into a different place in the timeline, but it doesn't make him racist. And he's never once defended Zimmerman on this thread.

So you were there? Please enlighten us with your eyewitness testimony. If not, you're going off the same lack of information everyone else here is.

Anyone else notice that this thread started off back on March 8 and had exactly five posts in eight days before it became a major cause of the left?

    Meanwhile ...

Except this witness talked with police the night of the incident and was a big reason why police didn't arrest Zimmerman right away, so there goes that part of your story.

Sigh. Least surprising turn this thread could take, sadly.

Since its clear Trayvon was being stalked, had he killed Zimmerman and claimed Zimmerman was trying to steal his Skittles, what are the odds Tony would be arguing Trayvon's Stand Your Ground rights?

Sure, Trayvon should be arrested and charged with manslaughter here, but he was clearly being stalked. Game changer!

Who is the witness? Where is the file? Have police said this or has it just been the Fox O&O reporting it? And after finding out everything you've found out about the police, you're putting your faith in their judgment and handling of this?

ijag, tony became a racist long before Martin and Zimmerman entered the scene. You are also trying to help him on the poor people/animals thread, I don't know why, but it's impossible to separate his well-known attitudes from the conclusions he is drawing here.

You know, I can't fucking believe I've wasted even part of my Saturday discussing anything with a half-wit racist.

For those of us who can read, the file is in the hands of the state's attorney. It's right there in the story. You only had to go down to graph 5, but I know that reading that far down is too much to ask of people who already know everything.

Again, your need to call names exposes the weakness of your intellect. Always the tool of one getting trounced.
