But you're using that act to project and describe an entire personality.

I understand that publishing an old photo of an angelic-seeming 13-yr old is as disingenuous as relying on the sullen middle finger photo of an American teenager. The truth is clearly some complex continuum of individuality and personalty and adolescence.

But trying to extrapolate "skulking" from a Facebook photo in which an American teenager is trying to look tough isn't very fair.

It's my opinion, based on my life. I'm not saying it's fact. I don't know Trayvon Martin's personality any better than anyone here. I'm saying in MY experience and how I view people, there's a certain personality that comes along with someone who would do that.

I'm not sure I know a single person that at one time or another has not flipped the bird.

    Hmmm.

<Checks past Facebook photos. Finds one from 2010 where I'm flipping the bird at the camera. Deletes it before IJAG sees it.>

Zimmerman may very well be a cold-blooded killer and this certainly appears not to fit the Stand Your Ground law but the longer this goes on the less likely he's even charged.

The investigation appears to have been so botched at this point it's hard to believe the DA would have enough to work with.

Will be interesting to see the public reaction if somebody earns that bounty the Black Panthers put on Zimmerman's head. Has Obama denounced that yet?

I find it hard to believe that hasn't happened before.

    Jeb Bush disagrees.

    www.dallasnews.com/news/community-news/arlington/headlines/20120323-in-arlington-jeb-bush-says-stand-your-ground-invalid-in-trayvon-martin-case.ece

“This law does not apply to this particular circumstance,” Bush said after an education panel discussion at the University of Texas at Arlington. “Stand your ground means stand your ground. It doesn’t mean chase after somebody who’s turned their back.”
