Can I just say here that guns in the hands of average-joe law-abiding citizens seem to result in horrible consequences about 200 times to every time they actually thwarted a crime.

 

If you are being intellectually honest, there is no way pursuing someone, after the 911 dispatcher tells you to stop, = standing your ground. There is no reasonable threat to you when the threat is leaving you.

 

Apparently the Sanford PD doesn't screen for intellectual honesty.

 

You consider this guy an average Joe?
