Zimmerman's regular life is over, regardless if he ever gets charged.

I am not sure if that makes me feel better or not.

Given (we are told) the DA's decision not to press charges, why wouldn't the police department not have mentioned that when it first started receiving criticism? Something still doesn't add up.

Just spit balling but maybe because it's was a possible criminal case, they did not feel that it was
appropriate to put out any information that could possibly taint the case.

I think it's because the Sanford PD is a bunch of sheet-wearing Klansmen...

The New Black Panthers probably threatened them into keeping quiet. New Black Panthers. Black Panthers. Black Panthers. Lets all talk about the Black Panthers.

No. Let's talk about the Klan, white supremacists, and militia members instead.

I'm not sure what to think. I need to check more websites.

It's abundantly clear the Sanford PD made a total hash of the crime scene, and some of its officers may have fictionalized police reports.

This cat may be held liable for civil rights violations a la O.J., but he barely has a pot to piss in, so good luck getting monetary compensation.

Well, he's got a house in a gated community, which he'll get to hold on to thanks to Florida's bankruptcy law.

This is the weirdest tangent the thread has taken so far, IMO.

I have pictures of my grandmother flipping the bird, taken in 1955. Being caught in a photo like that means absolutely nothing, and it sure as hell doesn't say anything about anyone's personality.

And I've flipped it. Today, in fact. But that says something about me.
