    If the thing was still unresolved, would you rather vote for a guy who was later charged with a sex assault, or not vote for a guy who it turns out later wasn't charged with a sex assault? Yes, innocent until proven guilty. Agree. But the way this thing has progressed has been screwy - and I'm not saying FSU or Winston is manipulating anything - but I can't say that law enforcement in Tallahassee HASN'T manipulated this thing for whatever reasons - one way or another - and as a voter I'd hate to feel like I'm being manipulated.
    That said - if he's cleared today, you have to vote for Winston.

    It could be a Kobe type situation where the accuser refuses to cooperate, but will come to a $$$ settlement down the road.

    What's cleared?
    If the States Attorney says that there are no witnesses to corroborate the victim's assertion that force was used and no witnesses supporting Winston's assertion that it was consensual then you are left with facts that show either party could be correct. So it's 50/50 whether he's a rapist.

    Would you let someone baby sit your child if its 50/50 they are a rapist?

    Jameis Winston is off my babysitter list.

    He wanted $10 an hour anyway and we only pay $7 so fuck him and Florida State. :D
