My question is this: If you just put "The (Alleged) Rapist" on your ballot will it count as a vote for Jameis?

The biggest question I want answered is if the accuser actually remembered the assault taking place or not. Someone had mentioned here that there was a report that the date rape drug was involved. Would that have made her black out?

I fooled around with one of my (hot) high school friends one time in college - no sex - and she didn't remember it at all the next day, because we were drinking. It would have never occurred to me at the time that she was black-out drunk. Is that what Winston's being accused of here, having sex with someone who was incapable of saying "no," rather than someone who actually said, "no"? I hope we find out.

Nope, she doesn't remember it. (At least that's how I read this.)

    http://espn.go.com/college-football/story/_/id/10082939/warrants-detail-accusations-jameis-winston-case

In the warrant, the accuser says she and friends had shots at Potbellys and her "memory is very broken from that point forward."

Sources tell ESPN's Shelley Smith, however, that toxicology reports show the accuser had minuscule amounts of alcohol in her system and that there was no evidence of so-called date rape drugs.

According to the warrants, the accuser says she remembers being in a cab with a man and going into an apartment before she was raped.

After that, she remembers the suspect dressing her, putting her on a scooter and dropping her off at an intersection, but she had no idea where the alleged rape occurred.

Scratch that. This story says she tried to fight him off:

“She remembers the male taking off her clothes then engaging in penile/vaginal sex with her as she told him to stop and tried to fight him off.”

I wonder if there was a cell phone video of it. If so maybe the NSA can recover it.

I'm sure they've already watched it and passed it around the office if it does exist.

The NCAA only permits $5 an hour, and he's not allowed any snacks from the fridge.

The board's been shut down for less than that, Baron.

    I'd make it 50/50.

Was there sex with more than one male? Meggs: That would be a logical conclusion.
