Story says the other male was her boyfriend. That would hardly be unusual or change the nature of her version.

And regarding the lack of any date-rape drug in her system, that's the appeal of those drugs -- they wear off in very short order and are not detectable unless tested within a few hours.

But the fix was in on this one from the very first night.

That would sure make sense since she said she was drunk, but there were just miniscule amounts of alcohol in her system.

There wasn't enough evidence to even begin to think about prosecution. The delay by the state's attorney was for appearance's sake and to make triple sure that was indeed all the available evidence.

Yeah, you're right. But the revelation of the other DNA has launched the slut shaming into overdrive.

Also, too, all the smiling and laughing at the press conference was creepy. My gosh, you're still talking about an alleged rape and you're cracking up? Ugh.

Dick, in Rivals land, the investigation not only exonerates Winston, it confirms that his accuser is a rapacious whore who likes them five at a time and who bragged to her friends that the quarterback was the biggest and best she ever had.

I would bet a hundred dollars that the writer could not define "exonerate," though.

According to she remembers lying on the bed and the suspect taking her clothes off. stated
she was "kinda incoherent" and was "just laying there". When he started to have intercourse with her,

the floor of someone's apartment. She knew she wasn't at Pot Belly's, but she
couldn't tell me exactly where she was. The next thing she remembered was being

were talking to each other in a friendly manner.

Casher stated he went into
the room to see if the female would engage in sexual activity with him as well (as has happened with
other females he and Winston have brought back to their apartment); however, the female saw him and
told him to get out. A little while later, Casher stated he tried to video tape Winston and the female;
however, when the female saw him she again told him to leave. The female then turned off the light
and went with Winston into the bathroom.
