    He's in the clear. No fucking way they announce it two days before the ACC championship if it's going the other way.

    The press conference could also be a diversion so he can turn himself in and bond out without cameras.

    If he is cleared, are the documents and evidence public information?

    The presser also is 5 hours and 45 minutes before the team flight takes off for Charlotte.

    I would have to assume the cameras will be in place to catch Winston turning himself in no matter how private they tried to make it. If he is cleared, I don't know what happens to the evidence, but I'd be surprised if it was made public.
