Hope this isn't DBing, but AP is reporting it's separate tubs now that the Kidds are heading to the Big D, and I don't mean Dallas.

The child abuse charge was merely JKidd's first shot.
Today, Jason filed for divorce charging Joumana with "extreme cruelty" throughout the 10 years of their marriage.
This is going to become a NY tabloid circus, much like the Strahan debacle last year.

 

I'd hit it.

 

So did he, leading to the domestic violence charge.

 

Youo would not believe some of the stuff Kidd alleges in his divorce complaint.


His complaint, however, paints a detailed portrait of Joumana Kidd as a vitriolic, jealous and paranoid wife prone to public outbursts and threats, including during a recent Nets game.

According to the complaint, Joumana Kidd used the couple's 8-year-old son on Dec. 27 to sneak into the Nets locker room and rummage through Jason Kidd's locker to find his cell phone. After looking up the names and numbers on it, the complaint said she left her son behind as she went upstairs to take a front row seat, where she shouted insults at Kidd throughout the game.

The papers accuse Joumana Kidd of kicking, hitting, punching and throwing household objects at her husband as she became "increasingly controlling and manipulative" in the last few years of their union.

According to Kidd, his wife had tracking devices installed on his cars and computers and has harassed his trainer, friends and family.



And that's only part of it

 

It's mean, but that kid is a running joke in our shop. He's called "Head Child" and one writer printed out a big picture of him to put on his fridge. He said, "Look at this kid. He's two and he's got a mustache. I have to put him on my fridge."

Well the missus hired Raoul Felder as her lawyer. I think that she found the one person who likes the spotlight more than her. This case isn't going away anytime soon.

 

In Bird's first autobiography, ironically written in conjunction with Ryan, he says that he wanted to be closer to the daughter, but issues with the mom got in the way. Wonder what the whole story is.

Not one of Larry's finest stances, and a prime example of his stubbornness.

 

Kidd already got a restraining order having her removed from the house in Saddle River.
Felder is already quoted as saying her complaint will answer his with charges of extreme physical abuse by him.

This is going to make Michael and Jean Strahan's antics of last year look like a Sunday School picnic. The Post and News are going to love every second of it.
