Because that's my lifestyle. Do you have a problem with that?

I'm still stunned that people are claiming that last night was any revelation... If we're celebrating a beautiful and genuine speech from one of the best actresses of this or any generation? I get that... But if people think she came out last night... Well, she never said that and she's been out for a long time...

She made a similar declaration at an awards ceremony six years ago and even then, it wasn't seen as much of a revelation. One of the times she was pregnant, I remember reading that the father was unknown, but the Foster and her partner Cydney would be the baby's parents...

Anyway, good for Foster... I think it will be interesting when we get to the point when A-list male actors are comfortable enough to come out. I think the only reason they haven't is because they don't want to explain why they lived a lie (marriages, kids etc...).

I think that will happen relatively soon.

Because I have a few seconds to play Pet the Dumbass:

It is not your lifestyle or a choice. It is hotwired in you.

Nope -- I'd say the reason men don't come out is that large groups of people still think it's gross, whereas they think lesbians are kind of hot. Not just in porn, but in regular old shows about lesbians, the ones you see are invariably very attractive and also play into that male fantasy.

I think it's always going to be way easier for women for this reason.

Let's try this again. I guess you're feeling pretty hot right now.

Yeah, LTL, the preponderance of Rosie O'Donnell and Paula Poundstone material in your spank bank is fully noted.

Again. Not a "lifestyle." That word implies choice.

A timeshare is a "lifestyle" choice. Ballroom dance is a "lifestyle" choice. Corduroy pants and a neckbeard and living in Williamsburg are "lifestyle" choices.

Homosexuality is not something you choose any more than heterosexuality is something you choose.

Not a choice. Not a "lifestyle."

If it is a choice, I'd go gay before HOA.

If it were a choice I'd be booking a weekend to Nassau with Drip.
