    You mean......the Indians weren't always a.....good team?

You mean......this wasn't an ironic scene?

Just kidding. The Jays and the Indians were in the same division for a lot of years. I never paid much attention to them specifically, I just remember they were never in a pennant race with Cleveland. They battled down the stretch with every other team in the AL East at least once.....but never with Cleveland. Strange - hmmmmm.

I have no Twins brethren here since Rosie left, but let me just say:

Puckett's was in extra innings of a sixth game his team had to win to stay alive, in a Series they would go on to win, a Series that is widely regarded as one of the best every played.

Puckett before Carter, please and thank you, and we'll see you tomorrow night!

It didn't win the WS, though. Therefore it ranks at No. 4 or below. Thanks for playing, we have some nice parting gifts for you. :D

Yeah, but that can't be the one and only standard. Thomson's didn't win the WS, either, and it's still tops.

I've still got Puckett in the three spot.

Labatt's ad from '94 addresses the issue. :)

Gibson pisses all over his own leg because he's too crippled to make it to the can.
