Rumors circulating on Twitter among NFL guys that Incognito will be cut.

Maybe Incognito is gay and Martin was tired of fighting off his aggressive sexual advances.

I know some of this is performance art but I'm still pretty amazed at what some people are posting.

Dudes, nobody wins a fight (a real fight) between two professional football players and who are both at least 6-3 and 320 without one dying.

This notion that Martin could have fixed it if he had just walked up and hit Incognito in the head with a helmet leaves out some crucial details.

Like, if Incognito isn't knocked out, he kills Martin. On the spot and in the locker room. If other players keep that from happening, Incognito kills Martin in the parking lot. If Incognito is knocked out, he kills Martin when he wakes up.

    Period.

Why would anyone think otherwise is just baffling.

If Incognito goes into the woods, who comes out? Incognito or
    the bear?

Second to last tweet is a Buddha quote about the "truth."

    Oh Christ.

If you paid $15 K for someone else to go to Vegas then not only are you a pussy, you are a dumb ass, too.

Jesus, the need for some to make everyone who gets their feelings hurt out to be a "victim" in this country is exactly the problem with this country.

If you are that big and strong and won't stand up for yourself, then you get what you deserve, especially when you still live in a country where you can go legally purchase a gun and let fucktards like Incognito know that you have no issues with putting a bullet in his ass if he threatens you or your family again.

Sadly, none of this surprises me, anymore than Michael Vick and dogfighting did. A lot of ugly stuff goes on in sports locker rooms, all sports, all levels. (Big reason I got out of covering that nonsense.) Often the public makes these guys out to be heroes of some sort because they were blessed with certain athletic skills. More and more often, we find out how wrong we were.

I can understand coaches' reluctance to get involved, even if that's part of their job. But at some point before it gets this serious, someone has to step in a take action. In the old days, that was a captain's role. Guess not anymore.

You keep talking about how Martin is so big and so strong. Yet in an NFL locker room, he's pretty average.

Martin should have threatened to shoot him?

I am now convinced you are just playing a character.

He is clearly big enough to take care of himself.

Again, this is not some helpless geeky teen being picked on
