That's funny, because that's sometimes looked at as a mark against a pro prospect. It was a very frequent criticism of Baron Davis.

The guy's name is Isaiah Kacyvenski; yeah, I'm sure it's his education that people made fun of.

It will be interesting to see where Incognito winds up next season.

Exactly. He will be in the league somewhere. Perhaps blocking for Riley Cooper?

If Roger Goodell doesn't suspend him indefinitely first.

Seriously, I can see things warming up with Goodell taking action quickly in hopes this will just go away

He really needs to do a thorough investigation and punish those who truly deserve it, while being clear the locker room culture needs to change. Instead, he'll likely rush to punishments just to make it look like "we did something" and then hope the negative publicity will die.

But Cooper's college QB/ roomate will not be.

If he is planning on playing anywhere, he better get ready for the biggest apology in NFL history.

Cooper and Vick's transgressions did not take place in the workplace.

And Dungy said earlier this week that he had Incognito on his Do Not Draft list.

Personnel guys who say "Gimme Incognito over Martin any day" are quite likely putting together shitty, undisciplined teams. It's a shame Trotter couldn't include their records with their anonymous quotes.

Look at the locker rooms that don't let any of this bullshit fly. Pittsburgh. New England. Green Bay. Baltimore. Texans. Giants. Colts. They all embrace young players, and have stability and professionalism at the forefront. Harrison in Pittsburgh and Suggs in Baltimore might be borderline in terms of off the field bullshit, but neither of them ever seemed like the type to essentially extort or bully a teammate.

Now look at the track record of organizations where you could totally imagine this bullshit festering. Miami. Oakland. Detroit. The Jets. Tampa. Dallas. St. Louis.

The organizations that embrace the the bullshit -- "He's a handful, and an asshole, but he sure can play ball!" -- are typically shitty. They make dumb mistakes, have no discipline with the media or on the field, they backstab and bitch and fall apart every year.

The teams the embrace undisciplined tough guy pricks go 7-9 or 6-10 and those same "tough guys" on the coaching staff get sent back to a college program somewhere to recruit the next Incognito.

There are teams where the coaching staff puts up with that shit and teams where the players know that if you act like that, you'll be cut.
