    Actually the second-biggest.

Presuming Martin may be gay, why would Incognito be so maniacally obsessive about carrying on extensive text conversations with him?

Those were some pretty raunchy texts from both parties but nothing in particular. I heard a lot of stories about how Martin was being bullied and called names. But it really seemed like Incognito was just poking fun at a friend for not coming out and partying. Maybe Martin was bullied, but I don't think a bully goes out of his way to invite you out every night. I went through nearly all the texts and Incognito must have invited Martin to dinner, the movies, the bar and strip club like 40 times. This paints an extremely different picture. Even showed that Incognito was somewhat caring toward the end. When he found out Martin was having issues he showed some sympathy, even the public knew what was going on.

Of course, Incognito could have been different in person. But I doubt he makes a complete 360 from text message communication to in-person chats.

Maybe, but explain all the talk about pussy, the trips to the strip club and the pictures with Martin and strippers. You don't need to post pictures of a stripper just to prove you aren't gay.

Closeted gays can be over-profane and -expressive about the conquests of the bush.

Martin has pinged off my gaydar since this whole thing started.
Maybe Incognito is the aggressor in the would-be relationship.

This is starting to look like a situation where The Narrative kind of took over the story.

A 180. If you do a 360 you wind up facing the same way you began.

I had the same reaction when this started and a friend who was covering it, said the exact same thing, but it's gone a little quiet on that front. I don't know if they're trying not to out him or if it's not true.

Not to mention at times over-the-top in their macho displays and proclamations of homophobia (see a large number of Incognito's texts).

Otherwise known as 'methinks thou doth protesteth too much' syndrome.

Must be. Never understood texting addiction. I never get the urge to text except when it's necessary.

I can't imagine wanting to swap thousands of whimsical texts like these with any man, much less the guy you now claim was your bully.

    Narrative?

Sounds like Ingognito wanted a wing man to go out with him. I don't know that it necessarily means he thought of Martin as a friend.

He's probably insufferable to go out with. Bug, ugly, loud, rude, disrespectful -- especially to women. And, he probably wanted/expected Martin to pay when they went out.

So, I think he could still have been a dick and a bully towards Martin, while still "inviting" him to go out with him.
