Incognito is clearly the ring-leader. It doesn't excuse the other two, but it's a reasonable conclusion that a lot of this wouldn't have happened without him.

Also I think we were seeing some Dolphins leakers try to pin it on the guy who's 30+ and toward the end of his career to avoid punishment or scrutiny for the guys in their mid-20s who are just entering their primes.

When the Dolphins were featured on Hard Knocks, I remember Philbin was featured as a details obsessed freak to the point, as I recall, he had the light bulbs changed because he didn't like them.

But he didn't know. Umm, right.

Philbin is also a former OL coach. He's always struck me as a good guy, but I'm pretty stunned that he seemed to know nothing...

Conclusion of report has the quality of a college freshman writing a term paper for
their Industrial Management 101 class. Seems lazy. It's like Wells pulled an
all nighter to get it done, fell asleep and scatched out conclusion at last minute:

    140
    Conclusion
As all must surely recognize, the NFL is not an ordinary workplace.
Professional football is a rough, contact sport played by men of exceptional size, speed,
strength and athleticism. But even the largest, strongest and fleetest person may be
driven to despair by bullying, taunting and constant insults.
We encourage the creation ofnew workplace conduct rules and guidelines that will help
ensure that players respecteach other as professionals and people

After reading the report, it's going to be hard to imagine Martin playing in the NFL again unless he's on a team like the Colts or 49ers where the coaches have a past with him.

It is obvious that Incognito and the others went way over the line with Martin and Player A. But the report does not make Martin look very sympathetic. It sounds like he was involved in teasing other players and wasn't exactly a completely innocent victim. The history of being bullied and mental health issues will be a huge red flag. There are numerous references to him abusing alcohol and recreational drugs.

I'll be curious what portions of it get the most play in the media.

I thought the most interesting/shocking aspect of the report is the "Player A" stuff.

is player A a cousin of Driver 8?

Yeah, gee, a player who drinks and uses drugs has no place in today's NFL.

You want so badly for your prediction to come true that you are making up some weird reasons here.

I guess if I were spending that type of money I would want a more
sophisticated conclusion than stuff like this:

"Professional football is a rough, contact sport played by men of exceptional size, speed,
    strength and athleticism"

But of course Mark 2010 recommends that everyone just continue hiding and saying nothing; so ah this can continue for the next 100 years.

See what does Incognito or any of the others have to fear being stereotyped or harassed about? NOTHING. But of course its "fair game" to taunt the Asian about Pearl Harbor. Yeah that's fair.

Code words. They're laying the ground work for leaving Michael Sam undrafted.
