Taking everything into consideration, would you want Martin on your team?

I'd have Martin before I would Incognito, for sure.

    That wasn't the question... :D

If Incognito was black, Marvin Lewis would have already tried to acquire him.

He'd get along just fine on any team that maintained a harassment-free workplace as law requires.

If the Niners sign him for close to the league minimum to be a backup, I'm fine with that...

The answer to your question, then, is this: It depends.

The parents are at fault as well. If my son was hospitalized in May for suicidal thoughts caused by this bullying, there is no way I don't confront Ross and Phibin and if they ignore me, I am going public. My son's health is more important than a football career.

Their son is a grown-up. That would be about as bad a solution as I could imagine.

Really? Grown-up or not, suicide would have been a worse solution. Martin's career is ruined because his teammates, coaches and parents failed him.

Even Martin acknowledged he failed inutterably to assert himself.
Any time you feel like presenting a counter-argument would be nice.
Otherwise we can keep playing this game.

    When you say:

you manage to make bigoted remarks about private school teachers, mothers and attorneys all in one sentence. Martin doesn't have the "motorized instinct" to stand up for himself? Really? You sound like an overcompensating idiot. That's my only point here.
