Can you tell me what our approach is?

Can you tell me why a single beheading among, as you yourself have said, thousands, should change whatever the approach may be? Why is Biden's answer so damning that you believe it stands on its own, posted without comment?

There has been no coherent foreign policy under this president, from day one.

Whatever the policy is, why should it change due to the latest in a series of largely identical deaths?

    Why is Biden's answer damning?

Tomorrow, I will visit Buchenwald, which was part of a network of camps where Jews were enslaved, tortured, shot and gassed to death by the Third Reich. Six million Jews were killed -- more than the entire Jewish population of Israel today.

Did visiting Buchenwald give Obama some "greater understanding" of the Holocaust than that of someone didn't visit it?

If not, why did he go? Couldn't be just have received a briefing on how bad the Nazi's were, and how we shouldn't ever let that kind of evil flourish again?

Does our President believe the actions we take against groups like ISIS just creates more terrorists, or is he determined to eliminate them?

    Bingo!

And that is why we are where we are today.

What will the President learn from watching James Foley get his head sawed off that he doesn't already know? How will watching this assist his decision-making?

Does our president know that this message board is standing by to steer policy?

    He's the Nobel Peace Prize-winner, you'd think he'd have a few thoughts.

Doubt that everything can be decided and implemented in a few days.

    Some big, hard choices looming.

I just want to know, are we trying to contain ISIS, or eliminate them?

Is that too much to ask?

Are we fine with them holding large portions of Iraq and Syria? Can they keep Mosul and the surrounding towns? is it just Erbil and the dam that are off limits to them?
