    That whole state has issues. The bottom line, the economy sucks in Michigan.

    It may suck, but that's all the more reason to farm out the do-nothings, rather than waiting 5 years for JRC to do it.

    It won't take them 5 years -- it probably won't take them 5 months. (Hell, at the rate their current hatchet-master is working, it won't take them 5 weeks.) And don't think for a second that the "do-nothings" will be the first to go. JRC doesn't work that way.
